Assignment 7: Coat Hook Production

This is the final design for my coat hook. The process seemed faster and I found my flow in using Loft and bend commands. Initially in my drawing, I was envisioning a double hook end split as a branch. However I found trouble when using the Boolean union on the two split ends. Instead I lofted another big circle to small circle and bend it to continue the curve of the hook with out distorting the cylinder. Aligning the extended hook end was challenging but it worked well with a boolean union aswell as the rest of the mini branches I combined using the same loft and bend commands. The Boolean Difference was pretty straight forward. I off set it from the center to balance weight. I had to extend on side of the screw hole because object weren't perfectly snapping at the scale I was designing. All together I'm happy with the design because it is a strong print in Prusa.
